If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with an understanding of the basics of the human mind. It's the book that started it all and it lets you know what it's all about. It is really worth reading.
