If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with understanding the human mind. When I read this book for the first time I realized there was someone who knew about the mind. It gave me answers to problems I was having in my life so that they could be handled.
